Watch the trailer for BLC's upcoming film documenting The Saltmarsh Project, a 3-year, 13-partner ecosystem restoration programme that includes community participation and the work of 6 artists – The Saltmarsh Artist Collective.

The trailer asks "What does local, creative and respectful restoration look like?" The trailer focuses on the collaborative process that created a different kind of restoration effort, highlighting interspecies knowledge, community cooperation and sensing, feeling and finding.
BLC will be hosting the premiere of our educational film about The Saltmarsh Project as part of the UK Saltmarsh Forum 2025 at Swansea Uni, 2nd-3rd September. We are planning to bring alive one of the Forum's themes: 'Engaging Stakeholders: working alongside stakeholders to understand saltmarshes' and are keen to nurture local interest and hope to screen the film for the experts attending, students and interested members of the community.
